Jargon at our bed and breakfast in The Lake District

I love the ridiculous use of jargon. Everybody seems to say “cool” and more recently I’m called “bud” The one that irritates me from days working in an office was “….the elephant in the room”

Never mind the optics, feel the bandwidth

In The Times recently there was a wonderful editorial that was made up totally by using office jargon phrases used at work.  It was based on a study that revealed the most hated workplace phrases. such as “Touch base”, “Blue sky thinking”, “We’re on a journey”, “Game-changer” and “No-brainer”

If you can match the attached editorial when you stay at our bed and breakfast in the Lake District then you can have a free drink.

Not sure what the jargon phrases are in the hotel business…… any thoughts
