Our Boutique Luxury Bed and Breakfast in the Lake District is a place for relaxation and special treats, we offer all those little extras, discerning guests have come to expect.
In the bedrooms there are hand lotions from Pure Lakes and shampoos and soaps from Out of Eden.
You can order a bottle of champagne, chocolates, flowers, balloons, wine for that special moment or anniversary. Just discuss your requirements with us prior to your arrival.

In the dining room there are paintings of the Lake District by John Driskel, a local painter. These can be purchased through us. Hanging on the walls of the hall, stairs and landing are landscape pictures by Andrew Haggard.
Our package breaks promote things to do out doors such as cycling or walking to relaxing at a health spa and enjoying cuisine food.
